Hi, I’m FuFan.
I’m a bilingual therapist (English/Mandarin) with over 16 years of clinical experience, specializing in EMDR for childhood and relational trauma.
Clients come to me for a non-judgmental, strength-based approach to healing painful emotions, trauma patterns, and relationship struggles. Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to perform, explain, or hold everything together. It’s a place to feel safe being fully yourself.

I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based trauma therapy that helps the nervous system process and release stuck experiences from childhood and relational trauma. EMDR can significantly reduce anxiety, PTSD symptoms, OCD patterns, and the emotional intensity behind perfectionism and people-pleasing.
I integrate EMDR with nervous-system-focused therapy, and may incorporate IFS (Internal Family Systems) and DBT skills when helpful—always tailored to your unique needs and pace.

For clients ready for deeper, accelerated healing, I offer EMDR Intensives.
This focused format allows you to do months of therapeutic work in a condensed timeframe, without the stop-start rhythm of weekly sessions.
EMDR intensives are ideal if you want:

• Dedicated time for deep emotional processing
• Meaningful, lasting change
Many clients describe feeling calmer, clearer, and more grounded—able to say “no” without guilt and move forward without constant fear of making mistakes.
